Allen Warren

Allen Warren is a Sacramento, CA, real estate developer who has directed numerous community-focused urban infill projects. His company New Faze Development, Inc., has completed midtown-enclave developments such as the 80-unit Renaissance Park, which provides detached, affordable, and easy to access living in the heart of everything. Experienced in distressed property transformation, Allen Warren has also pursued north Sacramento, CA, projects such as Del Paso Nuevo.

Mr. Warren also has a public service background and served for two years as city council member. Representing the second district, he worked diligently on issues such as education and jobs, and chaired the Audit Committee. As chairperson of the newly created Entertainment and Sports Arena Committee (ESC), he oversaw civic efforts toward developing the region’s biggest ever athletics and entertainment complex.

Mr. Warren has a passion for giving back to the community and sponsors a Northern California Celebrity Golf Classic each year. The well-attended event raises funds that go to California organizations such as the local American Red Cross and to the Alliance for Compassion & Education Development, which embodies values of harmonious integration.
